Perhaps you may like to consider some or all of these rules that I have suggested for other sluts in training.

4. A very good slut sleeps naked on top of her covers and not under them with her hands and feet tied spread eagle to the four corners of the bed and never locks her bedroom door.
5. A very good slut also Brings herself to the edge in each room of her home.
6. A good slut always maintains degrading words written in sharpie marker on her body and retraces them daily. She generally asks her masters what words they wish for her to write and where.
7. Good sluts never close any of their window shades and always leave their lights on in the rooms they are in after dark.
8. Upon entering her home a good slut always strips naked in front of a window and remains naked whenever she is in her house alone, if someone else is there she may wear 1 item of clothing to cover up but it must be as revealing as possible and she must flash her guest at least once every 15 minutes. She may flash when they are not looking but if she does she must hold the pose to a 5 second count.
9. A good slut does her household chores that require brief ventures indoors or outdoors naked. Such chores could include things like fetching the mail or paper, taking out the trash, lawn and garden care, sweeping the porch.....
