So far I have done:
Pushups: 100
Situps: 100
Minutes of Anal: 0
The anal is probably going to be the last thing I complete. The exercises are good but pretty straightforward. I'm doing sets of 10 or 15 depending on my mood.
I've also asked someone to double or half, but I haven't heard a response at this stage.
