Winner creates a kik group and invites everyone and the decider (if they want to join). Anyone can also invite anyone extra into the group, who can decide to be winners or losers.
Every 24 hours, all the winner(s) decide on a photo (one each) for all the losers to post. The most recent winner chooses the loser who has performed best, and he or she joins the winners. This process repeats until there is one loser left. The final loser is then the groups pic slut for a week. Each winner may ask for one picture a day from them while they are the group's slut.
