With most normal full time jobs in the US, you have more than adequate healthcare and actually can see your preferred doctor in a matter of days instead of months like in the UK.
Standing up for America aside, it's hard to immigrate here without either being super good at a particular skill or marrying an American. (Been researching this lately  ) Fall in love?
