ok so , heres the thing im thinking of moving to the USA but as a British citizen this comes with some problems , namely , work permits.

now I know on this site we have a large variety of people and im hoping we have some lawyers or people who know how it works.

so , I can get an ESTA which is a tourist visa to visit the united states for 2 years but I cant work.

there are so far only a H1B or H2B visas i can see working .. so the H1B requires a nice specialist job that is offered to me , but this means getting a nice job offer remotely from overseas .. not easy.

H2B so far I understand is the easier option , i move over on the esta then convert to the h2b when i get a normal crappy job.

is all this right? are there other ways? and .. help america doesnt want to let me in.
