Tie one end of 1 foot (30cm) rope to your buttplug and other end to your handcuffs. Stay for a day. Count every time you had your buttplug removed, whatever the reason. Multiply it with ten. At the end of the day, open curtains, adjust light level according to your limits and hit your both nipples using rubber band in front of the window. If in limits, you may also include a photo proof via kik.
