Very well. Do the punishment as follows for 3 days, and make sure after your 7 day period is up, do the fail, with or without toothpaste, limits depending.

After some considerable amount of thought and negotiating, I have agreed to let SexySexy only do this punishment until he wakes up in the morning, where he is free to touch himself, but not get off.

During the rest of the week however, he will continue to use marker and write "No Cumming" on his penis, in place of "Off limits".

The reason for this, is because this post was originally in the Request Punishment section, so I had assumed he had failed to receive permission from his Master or Mistress, which is why I believe the 3 days to be sufficient. However, this punishment request was only due to a failed dare, therefore I saw it fit to lighten the punishment.
