You will pee in your diaper until it leaks.
You will put it in the freezer with a jar of honey and grenadine syrup.
Once everything is well frozen you will wear the diaper with all the ingredients.
As you may get cold you will run outside until all the ingredients are thawed.
Then you will take a nap of at least one hour to rest.

Now you can wash yourself or make yourself a toast with the honey from your diaper if you have not respected the challenge.
