Pretty much, once I've paid off one of the keywords (done everything assigned), one person one time can try to revive it. I can try to kill it though. If I cannot successfully kill it, then I have to pay that keyword off again.
This is a one time use power. Once ANY player uses it, it can never be played again on any future keyword. So maybe make sure you're sure before using the power. Cannot be used yet since nothing has been fully paid off yet.
