This hits pretty hard on your punishments.

Get something you can tell the time with, and strip naked. Spank yourself fifty times on each cheek, then get your dildo and insert it anally. Do not use any lube, not even spit, so insert it slowly and carefully. It's supposed to be uncomfortable, but injury is a no-no.

Take a note of what time it is. You're to fuck yourself anally with your dildo (start slow) for ten minutes, without any sort of alarm. The first four times you check the time before your time is up, add five more minutes. (Maximum half an hour of anal violation.)

If you look a fifth time, your punishment gets extended further. Every time you take a shower for the next week, finger your ass at least fifty times, as deep in as you can and all the way out.
