The person takes some duct tape and puts it on her ass cheek, near the asshole, then pulls on the duct tape to get the ass cheek out of the way and sticks the other end of the tape on the hips to keep the ass cheek pulled to the side. Then repeat for the other one. Use a belt to whip the asshole by swinging the belt between your spread legs.
Other, easier way: use a cane and use one hand to pull one of your ass cheeks out of the way, that works pretty well too.
