For the next week you are not allowed to flush at all, so all your pee has to stay in the toilet. Within that week whenever you are thirsty you must get a cup and fill it up with the piss and toilet water in your toilet. (If you need to because of dehydration you can add some water to the cup but it should still be primarily piss/toilet water). In terms of your shit you can either shit in a seperate toilet/somewhere else, or shit in the same toilet and let it float around and just not get it in your cup when you get a drink from the toilet.
