This is definitely not meant to be medical advice, but, from the way you describe it, it doesn't sound like you have haemorrhoids. It might be some other anal issues or just your normal anatomy, but the lack of any associated symptoms makes haemorrhoids pretty unlikely.
That being said, ruling out haemorrhoids or other anorectal conditions requires a discussion of your medical history and physical examination (especially since even clinically significant haemorrhoids are often not visible from the outside). So, if you're feeling pain or any other symptoms, you might want to talk with a general practitioner or another primary care provider.
