Your rules are to drink 250 ml every hour.
After each time you go to the toilet, you must drink an extra 500 ml.
You must sit on the toilet if you feel the need to go and you are less than half an hour away from your time. Stay here for 1 minute.
You must flush the toilet 2 minuted before going to the toilet unless you use a urinal. In this case, you should have your hands under a running tap for 2 minutes before you go to the toilet.

13:59-14:01
16:03-16:05
18:34-18:35
22:43-22:45
