Diapers 24/7 during your punishment.
Anytime you are out of the house you may have as many changes as needed.
Otherwise it’s only three changes a day.
I know you have listed on you rules only being allowed to goto the toilet three times a day, but seeing as if you break it, your punished with a day of diapers- I hope you can complete the second part of this punishment. If not pm me and we can work something out.
For the first two days of your punishment, you are to set an alarm on your phone for every 15 minutes. Each time it goes off you arevto try to push any urine inside you into your diaper and swallow at least a few mouthfuls of water. Keep this up at all times during the first 48 hours, except while you are sleeping.
