You can prob do with a workout to get warmed up. Why don't you lock yourself in a cage put your medium dildo on a chair and do 50 squats taking the length of the dildo but without your ass touching the chair if it touches restart the count at 0.

Once that is done I bet you feel your legs tiered.. if not or if you aren't tiered enough (saking ) ram the dildo up your ass till you are.

Now plug yourself and do 100 jumping jacks and 20 situps.

Swap the dildo on your chair for your big dildo and fuck it(squat fast) till you can't manage to raise yourself of it anymore due to how tiered your legs are. Write the report while having it in you and regaining strength in your legs. After you've written the report and showever you may remove the cage assuming you aren't locked for any other reason.
