1. Each line multiply timer by 2. Starts from 15min.
2. Diapers must be worn for the duration and used for all toilet needs
3. All diapers must be boosted.
4. When in bed, sleep with either your diaper exposed or wear a onesie.
5. A stuffie must be carried at all times, if you cannot carry it in public (because limit) it should be kept in a backpack or as close to you as possible.
6. Hydration is important! Drink 250ml of water every waking hour. (this is very safe)
7. Changes are only allowed after a diaper is either leaking, or 15 minutes after a messing.
8. Either a chastity must be locked on or a buttplug must be inserted at all times. You may only change during a diaper change.
9. All drinks must be consumed though a bottle
10. Loser should create a kik group for everyone that participated in this potato
11. Loser will listen to a wetting/messing regression hypno file daily
