Hi there.

Tie your legs to a chair laying on the ground similar to this image, just without tieing your hands.
Put clothespins on your nipples and and pull/ twist them with one hand as far as you can manage the pain with some breaks to easy the pain inbetween. Teasing your pussy with your free hand from behind while doing this. Keep it going for at least 7 minutes. Every minute longer is still appreciated.
