Go to a shopping mall toilet, get into a cubicle, stand above the toilet and take a shit. Scoop what is left on your ass into your mouth and wipe your ass clean with the inside of your mask. Pop your mask back over your face and leave the toilets. You can then either go for a 20 minute walk and back to the toilets to spit out or if you can't make 20 mins you may swallow after 5mins.
