Diaperboy loses.
Loser will roll 1 six sided dice to see how many marshmallows they are going to insert up their ass, before diapering up.
They will then roll the dice twice, total number is how many hours they must wait before changing their diaper.
Winner can add extra stuff for the loser to do whilst wearing the diaper, eg what to drink and how often etc.
