i think you should have +10h denial time and then, (i'm unsure of if you're in education, or work) pick a location at somewhere you visit daily/frequently, and choose a specific location that's personal to you at the place, or hidden enough away where no one else will go
your task is to place the key in the secret place just before you leave one day, then go home,
you may collect the key the next time you're there if you wish,
but i think, and i'm willing to bet other members here too,
we all think that you should challenge yourself, and leave it there the next day, and the next day too
you can check on the key, to make sure no one's took it, but continue to leave it there each time you leave and stay locked up
