I do. I don't like socks and shoes, they are suffocating. Barefoot is the most comfortable.

No. That would be highly frowned upon. But I also don't like the idea of being barefoot in general public. Streets and floors are dirty and it would just be uncomfortable to walk on many types of surfaces.
3) What's the longest time you have stayed barefoot for?
I am not sure. Maybe two days. I am usually only barefoot in and around the house or at the beach.
4) Do you look at other people's feet when they are barefoot?
Yes, mainly girls bare feet. Because I have a foot fetish and I think female feet are incredibly pretty.
