In need of another recipe? If so, make sure you have a can of tuna fish handy, preferably the type in oil (not water). Then with that as your base (do not drain the oil- it all goes into your breakfast bowl), add a cup of cold coffee (as it seems you are addicted to that), and 1/2 cup instant oatmeal. The consistency should be a little thick and not too watery, so add more oatmeal if needed. Now add 3 spicies of your choice; a teaspoon of each. Mix well and enjoy your breakfast! Looking forward to your next report.

Just curious, think you could stomach a small can of cat food?
