Go to a local shop and buy a sandwich, find somewhere private but still outside your house and split it in half. One half is going down your pants on your left ass check and one on the right. It's to stay there for the bare minimum of 2 hours while you go about your day before you remake it and eat it, if you need to toilet your still not allowed move it, so go in your pants or not at all.
