This is not really my fetish, so I probably wouldn't want to see the video-evidence myself, but maybe you should post it to a porn-website.

Prepare on the previous day by eating lots of food, including things that will turn your poop extra-messy.

On the day of the dare, whenever you need to go to the potty, use the bathtub instead. Keep eating (at least five meals) and drinking (at least 1l per hour) a lot, so that it can collect a substantial amount of stuff in it. In addition you will have to eat so much that you puke before every meal, which will also go into the bathtub. Afterwards you will eat regularly.

You can tell that the entire point so far is to have an as large as possible mix of bodily wastes in you tub.

Once you are at that point, you will take a long bath in it. Make sure that your entire body including you hair is fully covered in that mix (consider putting rash-creme on at least you genitalia) and stay like that for at least two hours, during which you will have to eat/drink one large glass of the mix (at least 0.5l, make sure that it is a uniform mix of everything around you), you are not allowed out of the tub until it has been one hour since consuming the mix. If it makes you puke before you are done, puke back into the glass and restart. You are not allowed to continue the dare until at least one hour has passed since finishing the glass. (So if you do it after two hours, it will be three hours before you are out; if you do it at the start, you only have to wait for the two hours to be over.)

Once you completed the previous stage, fill the tub with cold water while you and the disgusting mix are still in it. Spend 30 minutes in the filled tub and see how clean you can get during that time. (No soap allowed). Afterwards leave the tub and let the air dry you. You won't be allowed to clean yourself beyond what you just did until the next morning. If you don't want to ruin your bed, you might want to sleep on the floor, but that is your call. If you use the bed, you won't be allowed to change or wash the covers for one week.


Honestly: I would be surprised if you completed it, but rest assured that you wouldn't like the punishment I might come up with for failing. ;-)
