Okay I've got another clamping task for you. Since you did so well the last time.
Get what's left of that smoothie. Then dump it on the floor. Clothespins on nipples, then bind your hands behind your back. Once you've licked up every bit of that smoothie you can unbind your hands and remove the clothespins.

1 more hour. This time you have to stay standing up for the next hour. If you sit down in any way do 15 squats each time with clothespins on nipples
