Okay, here are some triggers. They are for anyone who has gone so far for whom most do not violate your limits. If just one or two one violates your limits just skip that one.

Probe: If you own a plug, then you will insert it at the start of the 24 hours using your spit as lube and leave it in except for using the bathroom.

If you don't own a plug, when the 24 hours start you must insert 3 fingers into your butt and leave them for 5 mins. Then you must repeat at least every 2 hours to remind yourself of your probed status.

"Please" - anytime someone says "please" you should refer to them as sir/mam for the next 2 mins.

"water" - anytime you hear the word "water" you have 30 mins to take a pee... outdoors (only apply's once every 3 hours).

"cute" - anytime you hear the word "cute" you have 15 mins to lose an article of clothing until you are down to 3 (shoes, shirt, pants).

"anal" - Where are you that you hear this word? Well if you do, you've got 15 mins to put something larger than a pencil up your butt and leave it for at least 2 mins.

"slut" - after you hear this word, you have 30 mins to go someplace private and write a nasty word (slut, whore, etc...) somwhere on your body.

"lover" - If someone says "lover" to you, no matter what the context, you must offer to take your physical relationship to the next level. If just friends, ask them if they would like to kiss. If you have kissed, ask them if they would like to have sex, if you have had sex, offer to fulfill a fantasy of theirs (be safe, be smart).

"sun" - note every time you hear the word sun. Then at the end of the 24 hours roll a 6X dice. So if you hear sun 2 times and roll a 6 = 12. Now spank yourself HARD ___ times.
