Ok, I'll start this off. You are to go to a park, and while hidden, get down to just your underwear. Then throw your pants out of your hidden spot. You can get redressed, but you have to run out and get your pants before you can put them on (you can wait until there are no people around if you feel the need).
For my dare, please keep it to underwear, and I would prefer a night dare, but it is not necessary.
