For one hour you will go out on a walk wearing a normal tee shirt, socks and shoes but for the bottoms, the loosest pants you have.. I mean like loose enough for them to fall down on their own.. during this walk you will not hold them up. And every time they fall, you will squat down and pick them up slowly. For everyone they fall down you will also wedgie yourself and pick it out (on retreat so you’re always in a fresh wedgie ) when you get home, couldn’t the number of times your pants fell and that will be the amount of underwear pairs you have to sleep in for the next week
