okay, since you are into messy dares try this:
Needed: A hanging lock.
Don't poo for 1 day and freeze the key of the lock in a big ice cube
put on pants with a belt. Lock the belt with a hanging lock so you can't pull down the pants. now chew a whole pack of chewing gum and drink one cup of coffee every half an hour.
Now wait until the ice melts and you can free yourself. I guess this is best done when you are home alone
