For two weeks the winner will control and monitor the loser's Internet use, treating them like a child deciding internet time usage and what to restrict. If Winnder decides to let loser to use the computer as is without hard restrictions then the loser must be on best behavior. If after week the loser has screwed up the winner may decide to extend time to a minium of one week. If loser obeys they may request more control time
