If done right I assume the effect will be fairly rapid...If you want to make this less grim on yourself I have some compromises:

1. You can clean yourself out before hand with 1 enema if you follow it up with a 3l enema for the main event
2. You can clean yourself out before hand with 2 enemas if you keep your mouth open during the dare
3. You can clean yourself out before hand with 3 enemas if you put the tube in your mouth.
