I've got a way to keep you motivated for the assignment. Start by getting a nice big jug of water, a glass, and your suction dildo.
You will do your best to sit, or squat if you have to, on the dildo while doing the assignment. You will not get off your seat until the assignment is done. Every 30 mins, you will drink another glass of water. If you need to piss you will do it sitting in your chair in your assless panties (as stated by another rule) with a dildo up your ass.
