1. one bottle of water.
2. Wait 30 mins then drink a hot drink
3. Drink a glass of juice wait 2 hours then drink another glass
4. Wear a belt around your bladder
5. hold 15 minutes per line
6. Do 15 of each of the following exercises: push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, leg lifts.
