First ice your tits till it hurts not just cold but that deep ache that almost feels piercing.
Now you'll pop them with the thin band 20 each tit.
Now put the smallest rings on the nipples.
Now tie a piece of rope around each tit right in the middle of it.
Now tie the rope to a moderately heavy object.
Get down on all fours.
Make 5-10 laps around the room dragging the objects with your tit ropes.
Now stand up and shorten the ropes so that in a squat the weight is on the floor and when standing the weight is hanging in the air.
25 squats.
Untie your tits then give them another 10 pops each and 5 pops to each nipple
