Get:
-A looong balloon, preferably beady
-A string to tie the balloon with
-Lube
-Pump
Empty and clean your butt.
Then lube it and the balloon up, stick the balloon in and pump.
Stop pumping when you are absolutely full, then tie the string a
couple of times so no air escapes.
Then use tight underwear, dress and go about your day!
Get used to the feeling and remove it at least 6 hours later!
