Your best bet is to meet them on a temporary anonymous site like Jumpchat or Zoom. At least you can get a good enough look to get an idea if they are the age and sex they say they are without giving them access to your account if they are phony. Otherwise it is a matter of chatting with them for a while. The words they use and how they use them give you a pretty good idea. BUT here with people from all over the world, cultural differences an language problems make that unreliable.
