Medal Bronze 1 Weight Loss/Fitness Forfeits

I need to get in shape in the next 3 months, but I’m struggling to find the motivation to do so. It’s always easy to find excuses with work/social stuff to eat bad food and not exercise. I know one thing that spurs me on is fear of humiliation. That’s where I need you guys to help me.

I’m currently 13st 7lb, 6ft3. I’m aiming to get down to around 12st 10lb in the next three months. I aim to keep to 2,080 calories a day using MyFitnessPal, and to run/exercise at least twice a week.

I need some punishments for not hitting my goals. For example:

- Failing to lose 1lb per week
- Failing to stick to 2,080 calories
- Failing to exercise twice a week

Limits are face pics, anal, messy, public (this list may grow). The sort of punishments which would humiliate me are being forced to take embarrassing pics, bodywriting, corner time, cross dressing, clothing control, line writing, bondage, forced exercise.

Please help me to stick to my fitness goals for once!
