Being forced or agreeing to do a dare can be different things.
Yes as a preteen I was forced, by a bully, to get naked on a play ground. This for me was a turn on, I might have m been able to refuse, but was afraid to, so I agreed.
I have also on a dare, got naked in a public park and walked away from my clothing.
