Put in your inflatable plug and inflate it as much as you can without hurting yourself too badly. Once that is done take some laxatives and wait 1 hour minus 5 minutes per pump you got. If you make it the entire time you can deflate and use the toilet. If you fail you must clean the plug with your mouth
