Over the next week you must wear a diaper for 20 hours collectively, but here is the twist, the timer can only be started if the diaper has been messed in some way, 10 hours of it must be from your bodily fluids alone and 5 minimum from food items around your house, to chose the food item you must roll a random number generator and the number will represent the letter on the alphabet for the food item that will be going into your diaper, every time you change your diaper add either an hour or a food item, if you do not fulfil your time for the week you must request a punishment dipper dare and one of the messy diapers from this will be worn on your head during the next dare.
