I think the traditional answer to this question is, " Write what you would want to read!". 
(Unless you approach the writing thing as a dare - in which case... hmm... a short story about how NN, who is living a boring, ordinary and somewhat lonely life, by accident stumbles over some fun kinks, and how this enriches NN's life?)
