This one was brutal. I used a encyclopedia sized book, the first ice bath was really probably the worst. I was counting the seconds. Used a water bottle for the second and the second bath was dreaded. The worst part was using a wooden spoon on cold, tight, wet, balls. It stung so much i had stop a few times and couldn't even swing very hard. Three minute ice bath was another close watch. Finally I used the spoon again as my least favorite implement because in this case it was really the worst ive had. Did the 4 minute ice down and did one more task.
