Hence why i said person-to-person. I know people who would want years or decades and others who balk at the idea at all.
You know, i've not tried this in years. I could cartwheel very well right up to i was 23/24. But since then i've not tried, and i don't entirely want to give it a go right now. Might come back with an update if i do try.

So.... not really. Yet, i can do a decent splits.

I do yoga fairly often and i will do thorough stretching before any exercise. So yes i do enjoy it and i think it's a really good way to warm-up and to release a bit of tension
