I carved the ginger into a small plug put it in and walked for one mile, which ended up being 14 minutes. It burned but not as bad as I thought it would, until the very end if the walk, by then my ass was sore, and the burning kept getting worse and worse. Once the walk was done I pulled it out of my ass right in the open.
