A: Strip, 10 minutes: on the floor, knees, elbows, toes, and nose touching the floor.
B: Strip. Set a timer for 15 minutes, and then go to the wall. Hold 3 coins against the wall (nose and knees) while holding your hands flat on top of your head. If you drop a coin or lower your arms, start until you do this corner time.
