Loser must be full body inspected by winner. If winner is bigger he can invite others per0.1 inch. If winner is bigger by an 1inch or more, loser must be used in public cam as seen fit by winner.
For every 0.25 inch more than 1inch that winner is bigger, the loser gives up a limit.
