Next time you feel the urge to poop, leave the undies on and poop in them. Then squish it into your boxers ( up against a wall or on a bed ) after that.. continue wearing them and do a 30 minute exercise routine or what not of your choice..  then when you're sleeping at night put them on your face and sleep well.
