Should I drink a lot of coffee and hold bakc my need to poop for 1d4 hours and immediatelly shit after that and keep it in for 30 minutes, and if I shit before the 1d4 hours are up keep it in for 30 minutes for each hour early?

Or should I Edge to big boob joi and then repeat every 30 minutes until I go to bed?
