“Once a day” isn’t really a constant reminder though...let’s fix that. Print out a monthly calendar, one month per page. Tape them all next to each other on the wall so you can see the next 12 months laid out in front of you. It should be somewhere highly visible for you, where it will truly be a constant reminder.
For every day of denial, draw a circle in that date.
For every day of tasks, draw an X in that date.
Eventually you’ll have so many X’s and O’s you will be motivated by not wanting to break your streak.
